Ищу разработчиков для постоянного сотрудничества на проектах в технологии Ruby on Rails. Что необходимо в обязательном порядке?
1. Не пропадать! Даже если что-то не сделано, честно сказать - не смог, не знал и не нашёл как сделать, заболел/умер всё что угодно, но не тотальный игнор.
2. Свободное время и желание обучаться чему-то новому. Энергичность вне зависимости от текущего уровня ваших знаний.
3. Разумеется знание рельсов, желательно от версии 3.x и выше (мы обычно используем самые новые, так что если у вас не было опыта с 4.х - будет возможность обучится). Весь остальной смежный фарш, всякие базы SQL, NoSQL, JS фреймворки, верстка, деплоймент капистраной итд итп. Чем больше тем лучше. Больше плюсов в вашу карму и выше ставки. Исповедуем TDD/BDD, но без фанатизма.
