Looking for an experienced full-stack developer to refine the existing CRM/ERP system of the company "Budprokat" (rental of construction equipment and formwork).
The system is already operational and includes:
• Equipment booking
• Client management
• Financial accounting
• Integrations (Telegram, Binotel)
Technologies:
• Frontend: React 19 + Tailwind CSS 4
• Backend: Node.js + Express + tRPC 11
• Database: PostgreSQL + Drizzle ORM
• Platform: Manus AI (built-in AI integration)
• Infrastructure: Docker
What needs to be implemented:
Stage 1: Warehouse accounting (priority)
• Accounting for equipment status (in stock / rented / under repair / written off)
• History of equipment movements
• Barcodes/QR codes for quick accounting
• Maintenance schedule
• Automatic reminders for maintenance
Stage 2: Logistics
• Planning delivery/return of equipment
• Integration with maps (routes)
• Accounting for transport and drivers
• Delivery calendar
Stage 3: Document flow
• Auto-generation of rental agreements
• Acceptance certificates
• Invoices and waybills
• Document templates (editable)
Stage 4: Advanced analytics
• Dashboard for management (KPI, profit, load)
• Reports on equipment (popularity, profitability)
• Financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow)
• Demand forecasting
Stage 5: Automation
• Automatic notifications to clients (SMS/Email/Telegram)
• Reminders for equipment return
• Payment reminders
• Order approval workflow
Requirements for the performer:
Mandatory:
• ✅ Experience in developing CRM/ERP systems (portfolio required)
Or
• ✅ Experience in warehouse accounting / logistics (at least one project)
• ✅ Knowledge of React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• ✅ Willingness to work with the Manus AI platform (documentation will be provided)
• ✅ Understanding of business processes in rental companies
Would be a plus:
• Experience in the construction/logistics sector
• Knowledge of Drizzle ORM
• Experience integrating with external APIs
• Experience working with AI/ML
Work format:
• Remote (time zone: GMT+2, Ukraine)
• Duration: 2-4 months (depends on pace)
• Workload: 20-40 hours/week (negotiable)
• Payment: hourly or by stage (negotiable)
• Communication: Telegram, video calls 2-3 times a week

5. Stages 2-5 (by agreement)
Budget:
• Test task: $50-100
• Stage 1 (warehouse accounting): $1,500-3,000 (depends on your rate)
• Full project (all stages): $8,000-15,000 (negotiable)
Or hourly payment: $20-50/hour (depends on experience)
