Эта ссылка с кацапского хостера, да. Но там бесплатные тарифы на 30 дней и по большому счёту можно сказать что человек просто использует рос. ресурсы за бесплатно, а потом не платит им. Тот домен где лежит тестовый файл относится к бесплатному тарифу. Сам использую для демо файлов тот хостинг, но никогда не плачу чтобы не поддерживать агрессора (хотя кстати знаком их сотрудниками и они скрыто поддерживают Украину).

Владимир, если вы веб-разработчик то вы должны увидеть что это поддомен. На домене xsph . ru уже было сделано миллионы веб-сайтов, и конечно же на некоторых были вирусы. И ваш браузер знает об этом и уведомляет вас.
