Нет. Вы наверное не знакомы с системами сборки. Классы генерируются при сборке новой версии. Генерировать ресурсы (js, html, css) для каждого пользователя отдельно - бессмыслено. Удобнее же хранить статику где-то на cdn.

Но соглашусь, могут быть пару классов специфичных, но их точно меньшинство.
