Здравствуйте, Игорь. У вас есть несколько проблем с вашим сайтом, которые не позволяют нормально индексировать его в google. Для начала, нужно добавить хлебные крошки (лучше всего с помощью сторонних плагинов). С noindex проблема не так однозначна, нужно больше информации. Понадобится доступ к панели администратора wordpress и в идеале к консоли гугл.
