The freelancer is bad in his business, he couldn’t do it normally, somehow he blinded everything into a heap, repeatedly polished the work, but in the end it’s still not the same result. He did not agree to return the payment, he stubbornly stood his ground, although everything was obvious.

The work was done in time, in accordance with the TZ. The customer's response to my job was not immediately, although initially everything indicated urgency, but feedback. The buyer had everything done and he paid. A while later, I was asked to make the instructions. After: accused of incompetence. The subsequent communication was accompanied by cruelty, insult and transition to personality. My advice on the correctness of work with the results (file) passed through the ears. The customer needed a edited word, but he did not want to hear about the characteristics of such documents.
I'm sorry I spent time on this project.
