Dimensions of the structure
The niche has a size of 93/212 cm (the height is indicated to the lower frieze — to the end of the white wall). The structure should be slightly larger than the niche in width and height. The lower part of the structure should be at the level of the end of the white color.

Placement on the wall
The structure should be installed a few centimeters away from the wall. The overall concept of the stand should harmoniously fit into the interior in terms of color scheme and fonts.

Concept of the structure
The structure should provide surfaces for placing company names. These surfaces should be made as separate elements, located at a certain distance from the base.

Names and number of plates:

• NAVIGATION — without a plate (the upper part of the structure above the surfaces with names, the principle of writing, whether in capital letters or first capital and others small or otherwise is a design question)

The fonts for all names on the plates are the same.

The number of empty plates depends on the design decision - approximately 2–3 but it all depends on how they are placed in height and where they end. It is important to consider that the plates should not reach the floors and there may only be one there.

Additional option
Provide a design option where next to the left of the name there is a place for the logo. It should be considered that the logos can be colored. For two or three companies, the logos already exist, for others — they are absent. It is important to assess how the composition will look if some names have logos and some do not.

Color concept
Currently, there is no clear understanding of the color scheme. Likely, standard bright colors (blue, green, red, etc.) are not suitable. The use of a classic style with golden elements is also in question. We are not at all sure that such an option is needed.

According to the available photographs, the stairwell where the installation is planned does not have a single style: there are both white walls and standard white doors, as well as classic wooden doors and doors with a plastic coating "under wood". The floor has two colors, raw and something similar to brown with various other colors.

Terms and stages of cooperation
After selecting the performer, the first stage should be sending the initial sketch to understand the overall vision of the design.

Sketch:

• there is no need to integrate the design into the photograph;
• there is no need to execute in the format of a 3D model;
• it should only reflect the overall concept and idea.

The reason: at this stage, there is no clear understanding of colors and fonts, so it is impractical to immediately process a large number of options.

We assume that if the basic vision of the designer suits us (even with further adjustments), the cooperation will be productive.

Conditions for terminating cooperation
We propose to agree on the possibility of terminating cooperation by mutual consent in case the designer's vision and our vision significantly diverge.
