You need to make a simulation of the banking system that interacts with customer terminals and bankers terminals using one application (communication through files can be simplified or network communication can be realised).
The server BS (banking system) works with a file in which the customer data (name, account number, balance sheet) is stored.
Customers can perform one of the following operations:
transfer money to another account (if it has money and there is the account number to which you need to transfer),
Check the amount of money on your account,
Payment of funds (if there are funds)
Fill out the account
Add account verification (can be simplified, without hashing or encryption of passwords).
Add an administrator that will allow you to edit the basic data (name, surname) and add new customers (generates a unique account number so that it does not repeat with the existing).
All operations must be performed by the server, and the customer only receives answers.
