Code: This is the way in which the BD added the "menu_image_hover" field to the _menu table What other actions do you need to do so that the added field is recorded in the BD and drawn out to the page? Нужно еще в контроллере обработать это поле. Так как оно просто есть на форме а при сохранении на него никто не обращает внимания так как оно в классе не описано и никаких действий с ним не производится.
Направление. Если имя модуля или плагина, или что это у вас (item_url) то искать нужно в item_url.php или controller.php
