Red Button – a Ukrainian multi-product IT company, actively expanding in the Kazakhstan market.

We are looking for a manager for Kazakhstan who will guide the client from the first contact to the completion of the order: sales, support, communication, gathering requirements, passing them to authors, and working in CRM.

Responsibilities:

- Processing incoming requests from clients

- Communicating with clients in messengers using prepared scripts

- Gathering details and requirements for the order

- Passing the received information to authors for cost estimation

- Handling objections and selling completed orders

- Supporting clients at all stages of order fulfillment 🙂

- Conducting correspondence, answering questions, assisting in resolving situations

- Coordinating interaction between the client and the performer

- Supporting the client until the order is fully closed

- Working with CRM

Requirements:

- Fluent written/oral communication in Kazakh and Russian

- Communicative, responsible, polite

- Experience in sales or support will be a plus ⭐️
