Team management

Hello,

I need help with creating a series of final presentations for the subject "Team Management". The project includes several thematic blocks, each of which needs to be developed and submitted separately as a course outcome, and then create one final summary presentation.

The presentations should be prepared in Polish, using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

🔹 TASK: prepare a total of 5 presentations:

📂 1. Partial presentation: TEAM

• Choose a company (e.g., IKEA, CCC, Allegro, or another well-known company).

• Description of the company: what it does, scope of activity, structure.

• Graphical representation of the company's organizational structure + brief assessment (advantages/disadvantages).

• Complete the test: "What management style do you prefer?" (link: https://www.money.pl/gospodarka/wiadomosci/artykul/test-psychotest-jaki-styl-zarzadzania,129,0,2396572.html).

• Based on the results – division of roles in the team (e.g., who is the leader, who is the coordinator, who is the organizer) + justification.

📂 2. Partial presentation: COMMUNICATION

• Slides from the "Monday briefing" of the team:
  a) summary of tasks from the last week,
  b) comparison of results with other teams,
  c) plan for the next week.

• Scene: individual conversation with an employee who is late (plus conclusions).

• Welcome email from the new team leader.

📂 3. Partial presentation: DECISION-MAKING PROCESS

• Warm-up: differences in decision-making – corporation vs SME.

• Exercise 1: changing the company's opening hours + justification + email to management.

• Exercise 2: budget allocation for raises + note for the team meeting.

• Exercise 3: dismissal of 1 employee + note for the meeting.

📂 4. Partial presentation: FEEDBACK

• Theory (based on PDF materials – I will send later).

• Application of feedback in the team (scenes, examples).

• Brief summary of how feedback affects atmosphere, motivation, and effectiveness.

📂 5. FINAL Presentation: for the Management Board

• Topic: organization of a team-building event.

  • Budget: 250 PLN/person, realistic location, agenda, market prices.

  • Justification – why it is worth organizing (references to topics: team, communication, decisions, feedback).

• At the end of the presentation:

  • 1 slide with personal reflection:

    • 10 points: what I learned, what surprised me, what I will use in teamwork, etc.

📌 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All necessary materials and links will be sent after the order is accepted.

• There is no need to include the names of team members – the presentation is prepared by one person.

• Presentations will be sent separately after completing each topic, so I need them separately + one final summary.

• Format: PowerPoint (.pptx) or Google Slides.
