А профессиональный редактор книг занимается текстом, а не вёрсткой, как правило. Бывают исключения, конечно. Уникальные мультипликативные профессионалы, да ещё англоговорящие). Весь комплекс работы будет стоить от 1000 долларов. Возможно, эффективнее будет разделить эти функции между профессионалом-лингвистом (англоговорящий редактор) и дизайнером- верстальщиком. А ещё эффективнее между редактором (контент), дизайнером (обложка и разработка страницы) и верстальщиком. Удачи!
