Technical task: Payment button in Instagram Direct

Project description

An interactive button needs to be developed for Instagram Direct, which the manager can send to the client for payment of the product. The button should contain two payment options: full payment and prepayment. Payment should be made without leaving the chat, through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or manual card entry.

The button must be integrated with the CRM system so that payments are automatically displayed without the need to send screenshots.

Functional requirements:

1. Payment button in Instagram Direct

• The user receives a message with buttons:

• 💳 Full payment (order amount pulled automatically).

• 💰 Prepayment (prepayment amount pulled automatically).

• When clicking the button, a payment window opens (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card entry).

• After successful payment, the manager receives confirmation in the CRM.

• Automatic transfer of payment amount parameters.

3. Integration with the CRM system

• Automatic record of payment in CRM after successful payment.

• Ability to track payment status.

4. Flexibility of settings

• Field for entering the prepayment amount (for example, 200 UAH, but can vary).

• API: Facebook Graph API (for sending the button in Direct), chosen payment service API.
