I need a dialogue consultation with specialists in the following areas:
UX/UI Designer – UX flow, UI components, design systems, prototypes (Figma).
Frontend + WordPress/Webflow Developer – layout, customization, integrations, optimization.
QA Specialist – testing, cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, quality assurance of products.
A pilot project has currently been initiated (description below)
Model: Client - Contractor (Yuri, project initiation, offer, initial communication, and responsibility for execution before the client is on me) - Performer (Team lead, specialist + his team of young graduates). It looks like a typical agency. But one of the conditions is that graduates of training programs will be involved in the execution. So now I am reaching out to professionals, team leads, to whom I can assign projects for execution and, if necessary, I will definitely provide a specialist's recommendation.
