2. Subject of Procurement
Provision of a range of services for:
- refilling cartridges;
- restoring cartridges;
- maintenance;
- diagnostics;
- repairing office and printing equipment;
- dispatching a specialist to the Customer.

5. Requirements for Service Provision
5.1 Cartridge Refilling
- Complete cleaning of the cartridge from toner residues
- Refilling with compatible or original toner
- Functionality check
- Test print
- Warranty on cartridge operation
5.2 Cartridge Restoration
- Replacement of the photoconductor (if necessary)
- Replacement of the doctor blade, magnetic roller, PCR (if necessary)
- Replacement of the chip
- Complete sealing
- Quality control of printing
5.3 Equipment Maintenance
- Cleaning of paper feed units
- Cleaning of the fixing unit (fuser)
- Calibration
- Error reset
- Software update (if available)
5.4 Repair
- Diagnostics of malfunctions
- Agreement on costs before repair
- Replacement of units and parts
- Testing after repair
6. Requirements for the Executor
- Experience of at least 2 years
- Availability of equipment for cartridge restoration
- Availability of consumables
- Ability to travel to the Customer
- Warranty on completed work
7. Deadlines for Execution
- Cartridge refilling — up to 24 hours
- Repair — up to 3 working days (or by agreement)
- Master dispatch — within 24 hours from the moment of application
8. Warranty Obligations
- Warranty on refilling: until complete use of toner
- Warranty on repair: from 1 to 3 months (depending on the type of work)
9. Additional Services
- Consultations on equipment operation
- Preventive maintenance
- Network printing setup
- Service accounting
The final result of the service provision is functional equipment and stable quality printing without defects.
