Room under the terrace
20 USD I have a terrace with a broken floor.
Under this terrace before there was a room, but it was impossible to walk in full.
The complexity of the project is that it needs:
1 . Put the floor below the level of the tape base by 40 cm.(To deepen the foundation, or to add a flat wall to the foundation, it’s already as you recommend)
2nd Make a roof above the level of the former concrete cover (as instead of a terrace plate I want to make a ceramogrant, or a plate)
Three Make a lock of 1x1 meters so that you can go down.

Здравствуйте! Нужно создать проект, по которому будут выполняться строительные работы. Размеры и фото имеются. Хорошо, выложу материалы сегодня вечером, просто у меня сейчас они находятся на моей почте, было бы гораздо быстрей и легче отправить.

1. Чтобы от строителей не было бешенного перерасхода, но только при условии, что прочность конструкции не пострадает.
2. Очень хочу сделать комнату ниже существующего фундамента, чтобы ходить в полный рост, а не как житель Нотр-Дам де Пари 🙂
