Usually, for design, the following is needed: topographic survey 1:500 with networks and restrictions; cadastral number of the plot, extract from the cadastre, extract from the register, Google location; geological surveys (soil research); references to projects that you liked in terms of appearance and style and planning; family composition, occupation, and preferences of each; other requirements. This is a short list of what is needed for the house to be designed well, taking into account the wishes and needs of the family and the characteristics of the plot, so that everyone is satisfied with the result. This is how it should be done. If something is missing, then send what you have, and the rest can be done later. Payment in parts 50% deposit / 50% upon completion. A contract is drawn up, a task for design, an acceptance certificate for the work. First of all, I develop the site scheme and architecture, then the construction structures. These are two different stages of work, and payment is made in parts separately for each stage. The development period is individually from 30 days, the cost of development is approximately from $5/m2 (250 UAH/m2) of the total area of the premises for such a set of drawings: site development intention scheme; floor plans with dimensions, furnishings, and equipment; section through the house; four facades in color. The section for construction structures has a development period individually from 30 days, the cost from $4/m2 (200 UAH/m2) of the total area of the premises, the list of drawings is formed individually depending on the architecture of the house.
