I can offer a hybrid format — Notion + AI + automation. This means we not only design your organizational system but also immediately establish automatic connections with external services:
- Pulling events from Google Calendar / email / Telegram → automatic creation of entries in the corresponding Notion databases.
- Reminders about deadlines (a week / a day / on the day of the event) via Telegram or email.
- Checklist templates for typical event scenarios with auto-filling.
- An AI assistant that generates a working briefing based on your event description (through a simple bot or form) — participants, budget, locations, suppliers, timeline — and places it in Notion as a ready project.
Collaboration format: online 1:1 meetings in Zoom/Google Meet, in Ukrainian. The first 2-3 sessions will focus on designing the Notion structure for you. Good day! I use Notion for notes, personal planning, for writing and storing a large knowledge base, for writing articles, as a portfolio website with images, previously used for notes and a study planner, and I have experience in corporate use (database, CRM, work and content planning, and some project documentation). My experience is extensive; Notion is my main service for organizing and storing information in life.
I previously conducted consultations on Photoshop and Canva, and I was a tutor in photo retouching in Photoshop, so I am confident that the consultation on Notion will go well too.
I suggest holding a 1:1 meeting in a screen sharing + voice call format to show and consult. Regarding the cost - I propose 25 EUR for two hours, but I believe it would be better to create a learning goals plan and set payment for each goal instead.
