2 and the primary to set access to this virtual machine from outside.
How to correctly config config what this machine by domains would have access from outside?

Зависит от структуры сети 1 внешний белый статический ip на роутер 2 назначить хостовой машине и вм статические внутренние адресса типа 192.168..., с привязкой по маку на самом роутере,3 настроить форвард портов которые нужны или dmz на виртуальную машину это в том случае если вм видится с роутера как отдельная рабочая станция, вот в принципе и всё.

Прописать в днс домена запись а с вашим белым статическим ip при обращении клиента на белый статический ip будет происходить редирект на 80 или 443 ну или 22 и 21 и тп на внутренний серый ip типа 192.168.... который вы привяжете в dmz ну или настроите на него форвард портов
