PRIORITY: Consultation and Expertise

We need an expert in Google Ads to advise on proper account planning and check the readiness of 3 websites for moderation. There is 1 verified corporate Google Ads account, and we need to carefully plan the structure for 3 websites with partially similar themes.

Main Tasks (by priority)

STAGE 1: CONSULTATION AND PLANNING (PRIORITY)

1.1 Account Structure Expertise

• Detailed analysis of the possibility to place 3 websites within one account
• Assessment of risks of policy violations by Google when working with multiple domains
• Recommendations for correct campaign and ad group structures
• Budget distribution plan among the websites
• Strategy to avoid conflicts between campaigns of different websites

1.2 Website Readiness Audit for Moderation

• Detailed check of each of the 3 websites:
  • "Delivery and Payment" page - compliance with Google requirements
  • "Returns and Exchanges" page - completeness of information
  • Privacy Policy - GDPR compliance and Google requirements
  • Offer Contract - legal correctness
  • Contact Information - completeness and accuracy
• Special attention to online payments:
  • SSL certificate verification
  • Analysis of the checkout process
  • Compliance with PCI DSS requirements
  • Transparency of payment and refund conditions

1.3 Technical Audit for Moderation

• Page load speed check
• Mobile responsiveness
• Content quality and uniqueness
• Presence of "dead" links
• Correctness of meta-tags and structured data

STAGE 2: RECOMMENDATIONS AND ACTION PLAN

2.1 Detailed report with recommendations

• List of critical errors to fix
• Step-by-step instructions for moderation preparation
• Recommendations for improving technical pages
• Future campaign structure plan

2.2 Consultation on campaign types

• For 2 websites: readiness for Google Shopping (without Merchant Center)
• For 1 website: possibility of launching Performance Max
• For all 3: Search campaign strategy
• Recommendations on launch sequence

 Requirements for the contractor

Critically important:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Google Ads
• Experience working with Ukrainian e-commerce websites
• Practical experience passing Google Ads moderation in Ukraine
• Knowledge of working with multiple domains within one account
• FOP 3rd group or VAT-registered sole proprietor (mandatory)

Would be a big plus:

• Experience consulting on Google policies
• Cases of successful "reanimation" of blocked accounts
• Knowledge of legal requirements for e-commerce in Ukraine
