Tax consultation for an IT project

I plan to create an IT project with a monthly subscription (this will be a Telegram bot + application).
People will pay not only for the subscription (about $10), but also transfer me a certain amount as a deposit (~$50-1000), which will be returned / not returned / or partially returned after a month, depending on the conditions met.
In this regard, I have a few questions:
As far as I understand, in this case, it is necessary to create 2 separate accounts - two different cards in the bank.
If so, then 1) what kind of cards should they be and 2) how to properly arrange this with the tax authorities so that taxes are paid only on the money that I do not return after a month.
That is, so that taxes are paid only on actual income, and not on the deposit, which is fully or partially returned after a month or more.
I will need to somehow explain to the tax authorities that I do not have income from the money that comes into a separate account for the deposit. But so that I do not have to explain this regularly, if possible.
3) Also, in cases where the deposit will not be returned, I need to understand how to properly handle this money (as I understand it, just transfer from the deposit account to the account where the subscription money comes - that is, to the one that is taxed).
Answers to these questions can be either in Zoom with recording, or even in writing, as you prefer. But in such a way that I can clarify any points.

Люди будуть платити не тільки за підписку (близько 10$), але й перекидати мені певну суму у вигляді застави (~50-1000$), яка через місяць повертається / не повертається / або повертається частково, в залежності від виконаних умов.
З цього приводу маю декілька запитань:
Наскільки я розумію, в такому випадку потрібно створити 2 окремих рахунки - дві різні картки в банку.
Якщо так, то 1) які це мають бути картки та 2) як це правильно оформити з податковою, аби податки платились тільки з тих грошей, які я не повертаю через місяць.
Тобто щоб податки платились тільки з реальних доходів, а не з застави, яка повністю чи частково повертається через місяць або більше.
Потрібно буде якось пояснити податковій, що я не маю доходу з тих грошей, які приходять на окремий рахунок для застави. Але щоб при цьому не доводилось пояснювати це регулярно, якщо це можливо.
3) Також, в тих випадках, коли застава повертатись не буде, мені потрібно розуміти як правильно вчиняти з цими грошима (я так розумію, просто з рахунку для застав перекидати на той рахунок, на який приходять гроші за підписку - тобто на той, який оподатковується).
Відповіді на ці питання можуть бути або в Zoom під запис, або навіть письмово, як вам зручно. Але так, щоб я міг уточнити будь-які моменти.
