We offer the implementation of your project using the open ERP system on the Odoo platform. Ready-made solutions are available, we can provide a demonstration. The system components include:
• Production accounting:
- generation of a materials statement based on the quantity and types of goods in different configurations
- calculation of the cost price of the product based on components and time spent
- tracking the availability of necessary components
- automatic creation of a request for ordering missing components
- monitoring the consumption of materials and tools for each request linked to a team/employee
- monitoring the execution of requests using Telegram bots
• Warehouse accounting:
- ability to create a product with a specific type, feature, characteristic, description, using a product configurator
- collection and analysis of data by name, quantity, and type (of goods)
- replenishment of the nomenclature through manual input and import
• Customer accounting:
- creation of a customer database (full name, phone, Telegram, device delivery address, device MAC address) and interaction with them using a CRM system
• Sales monitoring linked to the customer, order
• Financial accounting:
- Transparent reporting by product, order, customer, purchase
• Ability to integrate with various systems
