- Can show finished devices that were produced.
- Understands BSP (Board Support Package).
- Able to work with SELinux, system services, HAL.
- Can ensure CE/FCC certification.

- develop a board (or take a ready-made one),
- build AOSP for this board,
- customize the firmware:
