Consulting on LEAN

In my current frozen bakery production, a Lean consultant is needed for a period of 6 months. The consultant must be present periodically at the production site and also have registration as a business entity. Among other responsibilities:

Diagnosis and analysis

of current processes, identification of existing losses, unnecessary movements, transportation, defects,

Implementation of Lean tools

- Increasing the productivity of equipment and employees

. Supporting employees and managers in applying Lean methodology in practice.

Creating a culture of continuous improvement. Accompanying the entire Lean implementation process from start to achieving results.

Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the implementation.
