Povestka.pro is a project for Belarusian conscripts. We operate legally in the gray zone. No whining, no fear, no face — for now.

Now we want to create a clear, honest, and lively Instagram — to build trust and recognition.

It is important to understand:

Instagram is not the main source of inquiries. Most clients come through recommendations and via our forum povestka.online.

But we want to make Instagram the face of the project — so people visit, understand, and trust.

We already have examples of accounts and formats that we like.

Follow their lead — and build in this style.

Your task — build an Instagram that people want to visit and stay:

• Simple, minimalist profile

• Highlights: clear blocks — packages, prices, workflow, results

• Presentation: short, catchy, to the point — no fluff

• Content — through reels, stories, posts. Can be faceless. Can include actors or voiceovers (paid separately)

Skills needed:

• Write and present in a way that grabs attention

• Collect and edit reels in CapCut or an equivalent

• Understand how Instagram works: algorithms, engagement, retention

• Manage comments, reactions, maintain tone and style

• Come up with and develop ideas — independently or with us

Important:

• Remote work

• Location — outside Belarus

• Presentation style — closer to Aviasales, but without exaggeration: lively, honest, straightforward

• We have a base of visuals, content, and scripts — you won’t start from scratch

• We cover costs for necessary services, voiceovers, and filming if needed

• Coordination with the targeting department is possible — to be discussed during the process

Conditions:

• Fixed salary — $700 per month (negotiable)

• KPI bonuses:

 + $200 for +5K followers per month

 + $150 for consistent 30K+ reel views

 + $100 for viral hit (100K+ views on a reel or story)
