Content Manager / SMM Specialist for a Travel Company (Business Travel, MICE)

We are looking for a content manager for the regular management of the social media of the travel company Bytsko Travel Group.
We have been operating since 1993, specializing in business tourism, corporate trips, conferences, and events.

The task is not to “manage social media for the sake of posts,” but to maintain the expert and reliable image of the company.

• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn

Responsibilities:

• Planning and publishing content
• Adapting texts for the B2B audience (HR, Office Manager, Event / Travel Manager)
• Working with provided meanings, facts, and materials from the company
• Selecting and basic preparing visuals
• Maintaining regularity and logic of content
• Basic analytics: what works, what doesn’t
• 3-4 posts per week

What is not included in the task:

• Targeted advertising
• Direct sales
• Constant “inventing from scratch” without a brief

Expectations:

• Experience in managing commercial accounts (preferably B2B / services / business tourism)
• Proficient Ukrainian language
• Ability to write concisely, without infobusiness templates
• Independence and adherence to deadlines
