I am the owner of several online stores on different platforms.
We are looking for a content manager.
Product category: bags and backpacks (for photo equipment, for laptops, for pets), wristwatches, power and charging cables for home appliances, photo accessories, small electronics
Main requirements:
- for brief information (task): parameters, photos, links to the Chinese site 1688
- find and prepare from 5 to 10 product photos (different angles, showing functionality and dimensions compared to something, "real" photo). The search is conducted by photo on the sites: 1688, taobao, Alibaba, aliexpress, google
- compose the product name according to SEO requirements up to 110 characters, at the end the product code. Here is an example:
"Steel wristwatch bracelet 22 mm 316L, and smartwatches Combined (IBW927SY)". Ai (artificial intelligence) helps. - compose a product description with parameters, characteristics (dimensions, color, material,…), packaging. AI also helps with this.
- compose up to 30 search queries for Prom, according to Prom requirements. AI also helps with this.
- The first product is displayed on Prom.
- Then the displayed product is entered into columns in an Excel table. We need this to enter the product into our CRM.
- After Prom, the product is displayed on: Rozetka, Khoroshop, Allo, Epicentr, Hubber (the main information is imported from the photo via the link from Prom, but it needs to be edited), Kasta (also imported, but sometimes needs editing).
Loading 10-20 products per month.
Essentially, the product is displayed on Prom, and then everything just needs to be copied.

Hello. I work a lot with different marketplaces, especially with Prom and Rozetka. I want to give a free piece of advice, regardless of whether I will be doing this work (most likely I won't, I am not very interested in a volume of 20 products per month): do not copy the same content across different platforms. You create the listing once, so the content manager should create unique descriptions, titles, names, etc. for each platform. Google perceives "copy-paste" content as duplicates and does not promote it in search results. We can communicate in private messages about your task, but again, 10-20 products is a bit slow for me.

But in this case, it is not just adding a product, but a complete turnkey card creation: searching and selecting 5-10 relevant photos from various sources, preparing SEO titles, descriptions, characteristics, configurations, search queries for Prom, posting on Prom, entering data into Excel, and further adapting for other platforms.
Therefore, my price guideline is: from 300 UAH per product.
If more time is needed for finding quality photos, clarifying characteristics, or additional adjustments for marketplaces, the cost may be higher.
