What needs to be done: - develop account concepts; - come up with creative ideas for video content; - write scripts for Reels and TikTok; - create a recognizable style and presentation for each project; - analyze trends and adapt them to different niches. What does NOT need to be done: - edit videos; - shoot content; - run ads; - manage accounts. Your main task is to generate strong ideas and create scripts that will gain views and help build a recognizable brand. Our projects: We are working on several projects of different themes, so there will be an opportunity to implement various ideas and not get stuck in one niche. Who we are looking for: - a creative person with a wealth of ideas; - someone who constantly follows Instagram and TikTok trends; - understands why some videos "take off" while others do not; - can think outside the box and propose new formats.

Project Description I am looking for a responsible specialist for long-term cooperation in posting job advertisements in Poland on Facebook. Responsibilities: Posting advertisements in thematic Facebook groups. Publishing advertisements 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, evening). Using multiple accounts (preferably personal, already warmed up). If necessary, searching for new thematic groups. Brief daily report on completed work. Requirements: Experience in posting advertisements on Facebook. Preferably having personal warmed-up accounts. Understanding how to work without Facebook blocks and restrictions. Responsibility and punctuality. Ability to dedicate 3–4 hours a day to work. Conditions: Remote work. Employment: 3–4 hours a day. Payment: 5,000 UAH per month.
