Content plan for Telegram channels
Budget - estimate needed, preferably for each of the 2 stages as there will be a break between them for several days and accordingly they can be divided into two projects.
The task is about Telegram channels for each of the zodiac signs - I will share the channels themselves in private messages, please write to whom this is necessary before estimation.
I. Work on content and its planning.
Ultimate goal: at this stage, it is necessary to create a content plan so that I can generate it through ChatGPT - an AI (artificial intelligence). I will also generate a photo for each of these publications.
For generation, I need several examples and a description of what is in these examples, and even a range of text (up to 500 characters).
1. Familiarize yourself with the approach of competitors as they are arranged (how often and what they publish, the size of the content, which hashtags they use) - the report can be presented in the form of a short essay.
List of competitors (mandatory), hashtags, maybe some key words to be saved in a table - priority Telegram channels.
Also, within this stage, go through thematic groups and save their list as well.
2. Create descriptions for the channels - relatively short and meaningful, they must include links to other channels - it will always be pinned in the channel - not necessarily unique for each channel, but in many cases, besides pinning, it will be used for advertising, currently it is just a list of links - it needs to be improved as it is an important thing.
3. Write 2 types of messages (for personal messages and for sending to open Telegram groups/communities) - 5 each. We will use them for mass mailing to the target audience - it should attract attention and be native.
4. Develop a detailed profile of the target audience based on the researched information - it is clear that it is usually girls/women - but it is worth describing all this in more detail, especially with new information.
5. Develop auxiliary periodic (for example, once a week or every day) publications (they will also be generated through AI) without tying them to a date or zodiac sign (up to 5 concepts and 2-3 examples for each, but at the same time describe each of them) - they will be published automatically and periodically, for example, the first things that come to mind are examples for understanding:
*. Call to join other channels to follow the horoscope of loved ones.
*. "Share with friends..."
*. Compatibility/incompatibility for "friendship, love, partnership..." with another zodiac sign
*. Description of special days like tying to a calendar.
*. For a year, month, week...
6. The most important thing is to create several (5+) typical examples for daily forecasts and describe what is needed for their generation so that AI can understand what we want from it. Currently, the content that is generated is based on such a simple request without examples:
"Horoscope for {$name} on {$date} - in Ukrainian, so that it is not obvious that it is artificial intelligence, so that the date is not intrusive, using emojis, with numbering of forecasts"
At the very least, hashtags need to be added and conditionally for the AI request, I will add that from the list of hashtags that will be generated, AI should choose several specifically for today's publication. - this can even be tested on the free version of GPT.
Currently, the publications that exist I consider to be too long, so restrictions on the number of characters will definitely be introduced.
An ideal but not mandatory result of this stage will be the creation of some unique concept/style and an element of audience engagement/attraction, perhaps some kind of interactivity, for example, for the images that I will generate, I will most likely use non-standard proportions so as not to clutter the channels and so that the images do not clash with the text.
As for the concept, an idea came to mind, for example: to use emojis more meaningfully, for example, to describe emotions for the day.
After this stage, I will need up to 2 days to allocate time and generate all this. Perhaps for a separate fee, I will moderate and check/edit the generated text.
II. Publish links in directories and advertising exchanges for Telegram channels that can actually be found on the internet and are free:
Ultimate goal: get free links + potential ad purchases (in the future when the channels grow to that point).
The problem is that each channel needs to be added - it may take some time.
Descriptions for the channels from the previous stage will come in handy here.

2. Advertising exchanges. Slightly modify the text for this ad + write some price for a post (also check the market price for channels with, for example, 2k subscribers) - although there may be restrictions on the number of subscribers even for registration.
- at least 20 sites, if there is a shortage and there are few of them or there are strict restrictions on them, then add up to 20 with some bulletin boards and Facebook groups, forums - only in this case, it is mandatory that they are not deleted
- both directories and exchanges are stored in a separate table all that we found.
- all registrations on these sites will be done on the corporate email that I will provide, if several or several dozen emails are needed, then no problem.
