Create a controller that connects via OBD2, sized like ELI327, which will activate the stock cooling fan for the high-voltage battery of hybrid vehicles.
When the battery reaches a temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, the controller will turn on the cooling fan, and if the surrounding environment is cold and the temperature is, for example, 5 degrees, then when the car is started, the controller will turn on the fan to heat the battery to 25 degrees. The ideal operating temperature for the battery is 25-35 degrees, based on this, the controller should continuously maintain the temperature within these ranges while the car is running.
When the car is turned off, the controller will enter sleep mode to prevent the 12V battery from discharging.
