Майте на увазі, що в Гугл Рекламі відображаються тільки ті конверсії, які є "заслугою" реклами. Тестові конверсії, досягнуті Вами після прямого заходу на сайт чи після переходу на Ваш сайт із безкоштовної видачі Гугл, не потраплять в Google Ads із GA4. Ну, і якщо дії-конверсії імпортовані з GA4, то дані по ним повільніше передаються в Гугл Рекламу, ніж якщо б передача даних по діям-конверсіям була б налаштована через Гугл Тег Менеджер (зазвичай, плагіни відправляють дані по різним конверсійним подіям на рівень Data Layer і в GA4, а Ви вже самотужки вирішуєте, як Вам зручніше затягнути ці дані в Google Ads, мені особисто подобається спосіб із використанням тегів і тригерів у Гугл Тег Менеджері).
Значить, десь у змінних/тригері/тезі GTM зробили помилку. Треба бачити налаштування, щоб знайти помилку.
Також перевірте, чи не обрізаються автоматично get-параметри URL переходів (UTM, gclid) з боку сайту - це може бути задано в налаштуваннях сайту або програмістом. Мітки допомагають передавати дані про джерело трафіку Гугл-роботу.
Можливо, в Гугл Тег Менеджері Ви не створили тег зв'язування конверсій для Google Ads.
А, може, Ваш сайт не для українського споживача, і Ви інтегрували банер згоди + режим згоди з кукісами (який обов'язковий для сайтів, орієнтованих на користувачів із Європейської економічної зони), і коли відвідувач сайту не дає згоду на збирання кукісів, тоді при передачі в Google Ads мітки utm, glid автоматично вилучаються Гугл-роботом (хоча в Google Analytics зберігається повна URL-адреса сторінки, щоб відносно точно виміряти обсяг трафіку).
