Conversion of the indicator from Pine to MQL5

It is necessary to convert the indicator written in Pine v5 to MQL5, preserving exactly the logic, mathematics, and functionality of the original indicator.
In the screenshot of the original indicator, there are slanted lines (1) running through the pivot points; in the original, they are double and have hatching between them. In the converted MQL5 code, it does not matter how these slanted lines will look; they can simply be made as single lines in green and red color, respectively.
Important:
- The markers (in red and green colors, marked with the number 2) should not be redrawn or disappear when new ones appear.
- The Target levels (number 3) and TP (number 4) should also not disappear or be redrawn when new ones appear.
- The alert function should also be set up and trigger when markers (number 2) appear.
