Конвертация XML в XLS
XML размером примерно 800 мб необходимо конвертировать в XLS формат.
Т.е. "дерево" должно отобразиться в виде таблицы с повторением рядов, если какие-то "ветви" дерева содержат множественные данные.
Исходный файл надо скачать отсюда:

Результат работы – XLS файл с данными и файл схемы настроенный под данный XML чтобы можно было в дальнейшем повторить конвертацию самостоятельно.
