Что за глупость? Создать второй поток, и вечно через цикл прокручивать, а при необходимости подавать сигнал(эвент) при нажатие какой-либо кнопки/изменении input'а на сайте?
Использовать DramaticQ + Redis/RabbitMQ, или Celery + Redis/RabbitMQ?
С такими знаниями советую не сидеть на фрилансе) -

Что за глупость вы несёте? Telethon - библиотека, для работы с клиентским api телеги. И стоп, вообще, при чём здесь это?
Вы не знаете простейший способ заставить работать что-то паралельно с сайтом, но что то пишете о телеге и телетоне, что с вами? -
Видимо, вы не в курсе, что для работы с телеграм приложению, основанному на телетон совсем не обязательно быть ВЭБ приложением, потому что оно работает напрямую с АПИ телеграм. Но то такое 🙂
