The collaboration left an extremely negative impression. The client completely ignores basic rules of business ethics: communication is conducted without elementary greetings, the tone of communication is condescending and disrespectful.

The biggest problem is the complete inconsistency and misunderstanding of their own project. During the work process, the client demanded to redo already completed material, as their new requirements directly contradicted their own previously approved terms of reference and the script written by them (initially outlining certain marketing theses, and then contradicting their use).

The project was successfully closed solely due to my professional approach and refusal to engage in pointless disputes. The work was completed, but I categorically do not recommend this client to specialists who value their time, consistency in task setting, and adequate communication.
