В заданні сказано, що треба створити базу даних. Отже треба ще й база даних + серверна мова програмування.
Із теми завдання не ясно, що саме повинно бути на сайті.
Як варіант сайт-візитка з інформацією про заклад, умови навчання, перелік спеціальностей, контактні дані...
Отже, треба більш детально обговорити ТЗ. -
