Нет. Это цветные шарики нескольких цветов которые выпадают на поле случайно, могут передвигаться по всему полю на любую выбранную клетку, но только по пустым клеткам и исчезают если их поставить больше какого то числа в ряд (включая по диагонали)
Задача сводится к нахождению в цикле пути из ячейку в ячейку и рендомно забрасывать поле разноцветными шарами ))

Судя по всему требуется в работе описать именно детально алгоритм поиска маршрута. Остального там и описывать не много. Скорее для объема.
