I noticed your profile when I was helping a friend choose a freelancer for website development. You really indicated quite a symbolic price, but I think this is to attract attention or to start a dialogue.
I am interested in redesigning the homepage of the website, but it should be very stylish and unconventional. With movement and effects. Talented and tasteful.
In this regard, I would like to inquire:

2) who wrote the website code and on which platform (Wordpress, React.Js or something else);
3) are you interested in such an order and how much would you want for it.
In general, my website currently consists of only three pages (homepage, about and contact us) and represents the idea of a startup, which in my opinion has huge potential. At the moment I have no extra money, but I think at the right stage investors will be found. So if we work well together, there will be a lot of work, as it involves a mobile and web application. In addition, I am a big supporter of long-term cooperation and do not like to change the team in the process. Part of the UI/UX design of the mobile application (about 140 screens) has already been done. At the moment I am only interested in redesigning the website, although later it will be necessary to finish the application, of course.
The budget mentioned below is minimal. I am open to dialogue.
