We are looking for an experienced lead researcher to build a verified B2B database of creator studios and talent management agencies operating in the creator economy / live content industry.
This project requires manual research and verification. Many target companies have limited public presence, so standard business directories are not sufficient.
The final database will be used for B2B outreach, therefore data accuracy and validation are critical.

A company is considered valid only if at least one proof point exists:
Active job post recruiting live content creators
Social media page actively recruiting creators
Multiple creators publicly referencing the same studio/agency
Public LinkedIn profile of studio manager or recruiter
Companies without verification must not be included.
6. Confidence Classification
High — active recruitment + contact
Medium — active social presence + contact
Low — insufficient proof → exclude
