Looking for a targetologist (PPC / meta) for a project in the relocation & concierge niche (Spain 🇪🇸)

Task:
Need to set up and manage advertising campaigns to attract clients (B2C and B2B) from the markets of the Emirates, UK, Germany, Netherlands
What needs to be done:
— launch and manage advertising on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
— testing offers and hypotheses
— optimizing lead cost
— working with retargeting
— participating in building the funnel (together with the team)
Niche:
Relocation & life setup service — we help clients with moving to Spain “turnkey” (documents, housing, banks, business, investments, concierge).
Important:
— experience in lead generation (services / real estate / finance will be a plus)
— understanding of the solvent audience
— ability to work for results
— initiative (not waiting for a task, but offering solutions)
