Development and refinement of the logo for the brand Cast Freaks
1. General Information about the Project
Client: brand Cast Freaks (premium brand related to fishing).
Goal: refinement of the existing logo concept, development of several variations, and creation of the final identity that will look modern, minimalist, and premium.
2. Main Style Requirements
The logo should be minimalist, modern, and confident, without excessive details.
The main element is the monogram "CF", where:
C symbolizes the arc from the cast of the fishing rod with a sharp hook-like end.
F complements the composition, having the same line thickness and smoothness of forms.
A small even gap is maintained between the letters.
The upper crossbar of F repeats the curve of the upper part of C, and the lower one — its lower curve.
It should create a sense of a unified whole, not separate letters.
Avoid literal images of fish, fishing rods, and other direct references.
3. Wordmark
Development of the full writing of Cast Freaks is required, based on the geometry of the monogram.
All letters should be in a unified style with C and F.
Different layout options need to be prepared:
horizontal,
vertical/stacked,
symbol-icon without text.
4. Variants and Research
The main focus is the monogram CF + wordmark.
Creation of 1–2 alternative versions is allowed (for example, playing with negative space, lines resembling waves).
The style should remain premium and minimalist.
5. Color Palette
Main options: orange, black, white.
The logo should be adaptive and work well:
in color,
in monochrome (black/white),
in single-color versions.
6. Final Materials
Vector formats: AI, SVG, PDF, EPS.
Raster formats: PNG with a transparent background (orange, black, white options).
Social media and web: icons, favicon of different sizes.
