Думаю що для сервісу було б добре почати розділяти проекти на категорії : початківець, середній та професіонал, чи щось в такому дусі. Багато проектів блокується професіоналами із за низького бюджету, а для новачкив для того щоб набратись довіду - це норм. І багатьом клієнтам не треба мега професійний дизайн. Також є клієнти, яким потрібен крутий дизайн, але вони не знають скільки він коштує, бачуть десятки пропозицій від демперів-новачків, та відхиляють пропозиції професіоналів навіть не подивившись їх роботи.
