The backlog is not prioritized, just a mix of tasks, everything needs to be done one way or another.
I am looking for a developer who will delve into the project and could potentially dedicate some time each week (conditionally 10-15 hours), gradually closing tasks, putting out fires if necessary. Initially, payment will likely be "piecework," i.e., "per feature," as the development speed varies for everyone. Later, if everyone is okay with it, we will switch to hourly pay.
