There is a backlog for some time ahead (just task names for general understanding):
- we are doing SEO-friendly URLs
- job structure for Google for Jobs
- write routes for different databases for different instances
- create a sitemap based on the template
- dark SEO magic
- partner banners on SERP
- add AdSense to SERP
- add sessions, choose session lifetime
- collect statistics in cookies + user path on the site to provide cool recommendations via email
- adapt design for NL
- localization for FR
- redirect logic for closed vacancies
- job crawler
- SERP by location based on user IP
- favorites (likes) on SERP and JDP
- JDP beautifier
- add new letter type
- add dynamic additional questions to the standard apply_form
- change the logic of job ranking
The backlog is not prioritized, just a mix of tasks (tasks are diverse, there is frontend, but the focus is on backend (80/20), so it’s good if you are full-stack), everything needs to be done one way or another.
I am looking for a developer who will get into the project and could potentially dedicate some time each week (approximately 10-15 hours), gradually closing tasks, putting out fires if needed. Initially, payment will likely be "piecework", i.e., "per feature", as the development speed varies for everyone. Later, if everyone is okay with it, we will switch to hourly payment. If not, we will continue to work in the "per feature" format, and the "features" will be divided by "level of difficulty".
