2. State management with Vuex, or better Pinia.
3. PWA - it's simple.
4. Here is the question of Css or Scss, I am a supporter of Scss + variables. Animations, if not standard, then keyframe; if standard, it's easier to take gsap or something similar.
5. This goes without saying - as a freelancer, I can say that this is the standard entry into the project.
