Low-Code developer for MVP of recruitment platform (Airtable, Softr, Make)
We need to create a platform to improve collaboration with our network of freelance recruiters. We are looking for a low-code/no-code development specialist to create MVP of this system.
The goal of this MVP is to quickly and efficiently launch a functional platform that automates the most important parts of our workflow:
- Automatic collection (scraping) and anonymization of job descriptions.
- Providing a secure portal for freelancers where they can log in, view jobs, and submit candidates.
- Ensuring automatic and structured storage of all submitted candidates in the database.
We have a vision for the future of the platform, including more advanced notification features, but the initial task is clearly focused on these core elements to validate the concept.

We have developed a potential solution using the Softr, Airtable, and Make.com stack. We believe this is a good combination, but we are open to your expert suggestions if you think another set of tools could achieve the project goals more efficiently.
For this MVP, we are looking for a specialist with proven experience in:
- Airtable: Designing and structuring databases.
- Softr: Creating professional, secure web portals with user login and forms.
- Make.com (or equivalents): Building automated scenarios and integrations via API.
- Integration of scraping tools and external APIs (including OpenAI API).
