Laser cutting templates

It is necessary to prepare 4 designs for laser cutting of wall clocks made from vinyl records.
The diameter of the record is 300 mm, the center for the dial is 107 mm.
Each design should feature a Belgian cyclist:
1. Remco Evenepoel
2. Wout van Aert
3. Thibau Nys
4. Mathieu van der Poel
It should be a close-up of the face, the text (the name of the cyclist), and elements of cycling.
