Макрос для Word
Нужно придумать макрос или что-то похожее, что смогло бы выполнить задачу:
- есть документ в Word (грубо говоря бланк накладной), в который сотрудник вносит данные - после этого он его конвертирует в PDF и отправляет клиенту. Этот документ, после составления, должен быть заверен печатью. Чтобы не отвлекать руководство походами к нему за печатью - рисунок печати был отсканирован (с прозрачным фоном) и вставлен в документ Word.
Задача: нужно сделать так,чтобы этот рисунок-печать, при работе сотрудника с документом - не была видна сотруднику (вроде как просто Word и всё), НО после конвертирование документа в PDF - чтобы печать появлялась на документе PDF.
Возможно ли такое сделать?
P.S. В данное время конвертирование проходит на онлайн-сервисах , типа : https://convertonlinefree.com/wordtopdfru.aspx

Здравствуйте. Возможно такое сделать. И еще можно избавить сотрудника от загрузки файла в он-лайн сервис и выгрузки его обратно. Всё могу сделать под нажатие одной кнопки написав макрос в VBA.
