HR Manager (Project / Freelance)
We are looking for an HR manager for project work who will help with the selection of candidates for two Middle / Senior level positions.
Tasks:
- searching and sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, professional communities, other relevant channels)
- initial communication with candidates
- conducting screening interviews
- coordinating the hiring process with the team
- passing relevant candidates to the final stages.
Vacancies to be filled:
- Project Manager (Middle / Senior)
- SMM Manager (Middle / Senior)
We expect:
- at least 2 years of recruiting or HR experience
- experience in closing middle / senior level positions
- experience in closing positions in creative fields
- ability to independently organize the candidate search process
- searching through all available closed and open sources
- proactivity and strong communication skills
- readiness to work for results and to bring the hiring process to a successful closure of the position
Conditions and KPI:
To ensure the effectiveness of the search, full payment for work is contingent upon meeting KPIs, which include providing at least 10 relevant candidates weekly throughout the search period.
