🎯 What to do:
Conduct intro calls with American nonprofit organizations and close them on our services. No cold calling — leads book meetings themselves through marketing channels.

💰 Payment:
Commission without a fixed fee: $250 / $500 / $1000 per client (depending on the package)
🎁 Bonus for every 5 closed clients per month (equal to the average check)
📈 KPI: 10+ clients/month >> salary from $2500
Payment after the client pays for the 2nd month of cooperation

🌍 Format:
🏠 Full remote
🇺🇸 Work according to US Central Time

✅ Who we are looking for:
B2B sales experience of 2 years (full cycle of the deal)
🗣 English C1 — spoken & written
Discipline in follow-up
💪 Emotional resilience to rejection
❤️ Empathy for nonprofit missions
🧠 Openness to coaching and call reviews

⭐️ Would be a plus:
Experience in digital / SaaS / agency, understanding of Google Ads, working with US clients, knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, Chris Voss)
